      Delight media is a one-creative agency, normally you will contact me as I am the founder of this venture, but if any project requires it we will use the power of other collaborators.
    • How do I request a project?
      Delight Media provides abudant fexibility in requiesting designs throgh Trello, catering to various preferences. Clients have the freedom yo request designs directly on Trello, shere Google docs or wireframes, or even convey their requirements through a concise Loom video instead of written briefs. Essentially, any Resource that can be linked to or shared on trello is wellcomed for design requests.
    • What if I don't like what was done?
      Rest assured! I´ll tirelessly iterate on the proyect until it reaches a point where you are absolutely delighted and completely happy with the work.
    • If I don't like the service, are there money refunds?
      As the work provided is of exeptional quality, I do not offer any refound, But we can come to an agreement, I might consider it.
    • In what formats can the projects be delivered?
      The design is done in adobe illustrator and photoshop, 3D models can be delivered in .ma obj formats. or fbx. , the render images are delivered in psd. jpg. or png. and 3D animations in .mov .mp4
    • Can I personaly talk for see some details?
      Yes, we can schedule meeting via What's app, Zoom or Google meet
